Modification in TCP and "Order your MP via SMS" campaign

if 1 lakh people have same complain which is say 10000 characters long, then 1 person will have to pay Rs 120 /-. Rest can register YES/NO for free

How?

We can order/request MP as follows :

1. MP can buy/rent a 55-XXX number, and put a screening charge of Rs 20 . i.e. person who sends sms to that order can send upto 50000 characters and charge will be Rs 20 plus 1 paise per character.

2. MP can verify that complain has no defamation and put it on website and give serial number.

3. Those who file YES/NO on that complain will NOT have to pay any charge except 5 paise that phone companies will charge

4. The SMS to 55-XXX can be sent only via pre-registered and pre-verified numbers.
