Delhi student union has been using non vvpat evm and not ballot paper, for past 15 years. Why Neha , deepak chhotaa cjp naya Gandhi supported use of evm ??

So basically , both - Neha and deepak nayaa chhota gandhi want to suppress rising " we want ballot paper" , "100% vvpat is nonsense" voices.
