Compare --- Direct deposit of income tax collected into citizens VERSUS direct deposit of customs duty over labor value portion of goods services

I oppose (1) , support (2)

In customs duty I have proposed , its only on calculated labor value and not natural resources value. Eg my proposed customs duty on gold import is zero, and customs duty on mobile phone is 100% of almost whole value.

So compare and contrast (1) and (2)

And think of merits demerits of direct deposit of 5% inheritance tax into citizens accounts.
