Mahatma Thomas Paine published Agrarian Justice in year 1797 when he was on Europe. He came back to usa in 1802 and passed away in 1809
.
As per agrarian justice , 10% of value of private land is to be distributed amongst all equally every 30 years !! And this implies that all govt wealth is to be divided equally.

In these 7 years , he could NOT or did not start any legislative political campaign to get this proposal implemented !!
