oligopoly over minerals / lands = slavery ?

Many moons ago , slavery was norm. But later, it reduced.

Now all people need minerals , lands. So if a few manage to convince all that they alone rightfully own all minerals and plots , then everyone else will have to give labor to those few !!!

In past, huge amount of forest land was available , which can be converted to arable land. So if an elitemen wants labor to work on his farms for low wages , he has to physically stop that labor from going out to forest ans convert that land into a farm of his own. So physical force was used to restrict him from moving and thus the slavery

But over time , elitemen , using bikau influencers , convinced majority that they rightfully morally owned the land. The bikau influencers also legitimized that king own all forest and so no landless can cut forest to make a farm for himself. And population had grown. So a large number landless were there , who were had no option but to work for cheap. So no need for slavery !!!

Consider minerals like coal and crude oil. In bharat , elitemen have convinced mass majority using facthiding and bikau influencers , that only elitemen shall own coal oilwells etc. And commons must provide labor to elitemen for coal oilwells or its products.

Iow , by defocusing from minerals and lands , using facthiding and influencers , slavery has been replaced by equivalent form of oligopoly over minerals , govtplots

Solution I propose is to print laws that peofits of all PSUs must directly deposited into accounts of all 95 crore adult citizens. And mineral royalties and rents from govt plots should be directly deposited into accounts of all 95 crore adult citizens.
