Rahul Mehta Gandhinagar LsCandidate:

Pls see this mere 20 second vdo explaining how dark VVPAT glass enabled programmer to implement "double expense" fraud
.
(1) video was made during mock / demonstration poll, and not actual voting booth. So no ECI guideline is violated.
.
(2) Video maker is holding mobile torch light ON. You can see that even with torch light ON, one can NOT see what is behind the dark glass. In fact glass is NOT just dark, but reflects all light from outside. So much, that you can see MIRROR image of the video maker.
.
(3) So please note --- the paper slip behind glass is visible ONLY when light turns ON.
.
(4) So pls note again --- when a voter comes to vote, and if paper slip is already present behind glass, then that voter will SIMPLY not see, even if voter is holding a mobile torch light ON !!!
.
(5) So if VVPAT program does NOT cut printout of PREVIOUS voter, and then VVPAT program shows same printout to next voter, then the next voter has no way to know that he is seeing printout of previous voter.
.
(6) Hence, if program in VVPAT is rigged, it can show BANANA symbol printed for previous voter to next voter as well, and then print an APPLE, and thus steal one BANANA vote and transfer to APPLE.
.
(7) The vote stealing will not happen if next voter is voting for something other than what previous voter voted for. But when 500 voters are voting, some CONTINUITY will come. And so vote stealing can be done.
.

.
No many moons ago, the proposal was that voter will take VVPAT slip out and himself put in box. Later, the proposal was changed to -- voter will see the paper slip thru ordinary colorless TRANSPARENT glass. And then transparent glass was replaced by DARK black one side reflective glass !!!
..
So much for TRANSPARENCY !!!
