Many praise primaries of usa to create negative picture of small bharatiya political parties . They hide 2 imp facts - govt conducts usa primaries and pays for costs , and small parties are not required to hold primaries.

Many in bharat want to paint small political parties negatively. So one tool they have is "fact hided version of usa primaries".
.
Their sentences will go - usa has primaries and so primaries are good , and bharat should have primaries . And see , bharatiya small and large parties do not hold primaries and so they are bad !!! And all parties should hold primaries or they are all bad.
.
Now this causes zero difference to supporters of large parties. But it does hurt small parties as their supporters want to see a good party

Now lets see facts they ALL always hide

(1) never say - govt conducts primaries , and not parties. So all expenses are paid by govt and govt staff conducts these primaries like regular elections

(2) primary is Govt Law and not inner party law. So if they want usa like primaries, then did they submit DRAFT to pm cm to conduct primaries ?

(3) primaries are binding only for large parties. Small parties in usa are free not to have primaries.

All in all, these primary supporters NEVER gave any DRAFT to pm cm to print primary law in bharat. This proves that they have zero commitment to bring primaries system in Bharat. And they making speeches favoring primaries , to make existing parties look bad !!!

Why I did not propose laws for primaries -

because khamba rtr etc are 100 times more imp.

And if we ask govt staff to hold elections to decide who should be cong rss cpm aap candidates, then govt first needs certain minimum level of honesty. Otherwise , staff may ensure that even forms gets cancelled in inner party elections. So given low level of integrity in staff TODAY, as of today, i see no point in asking govt to hold primaries inside party.

All in all , primary supporters hide two facts about primaries. One - its done by govt. Second - its compulsory only for large parties.
