Because once even level1 demo is shown , most "real effect" person will immidtately agree that demo lowers faith in vvpat paper and so its effective towards EvmHatao.

But sending postcard doesnt immidtately explain to anyone how it lowers value of vvpat and how it adds to evmhatao. Because concept of "45 crore voters sending postcard" is unknown to most activists.
