Is he implying for all youngsters ? .

Is he saying that all youngsters must confine to contesting municipal elections?

And is he saying that younsters must leave MP MLA election contesting to rss cong app only ?

As per existing Bharatiya constitution , municipalities have near zero legal financial strength. All strength is with central govt and state govt. And unless new MP MLA change laws or andolan forces them to change laws , the municipalities will remain weak

So what exactly is Dipke telling youngsters to do and not to do?
