So does he support Panchayat elections via paper ballots or via Evm? I will ask him over twitter. But since I consider Dipke as just another Modi arke Raga, my asking doesnt mean much. His supporters should surely ask.

Also, those who believe that nation can be fixed only via legislations or system change needs to look alternatives to Dipke. .

Because as of today in Bharat, municipal bodies have no power to make legislations , no power to change system and almost zero power in executive.
