Jaiprakash Narayan became as powerful as PM in march-1975. JPN passed away in oct-1979

During these 2.5 years , he did absolutely nothing NOTHING to bring Right to recall mla mp in Bharat.

And RTR proposal was the biggest trick he had used to collect votes and activists in 1975 elections !! And he decided to kill this agenda after election winning

This has been case with over 99% andolankaries or andolan KHOR as I call them. ( some are genuine eg land reform andolan that ny father had started in apr-1946 in Saurashtra state )

eg2 consider biggest andolankaries in Bharat --- Abv Lka Namo who engineered ram janam bhoomi devalaya mahaandolan , and mahaandolan for krishna janambhoomi devalaya and kashi vishnath devalaya , in 1988 onwards.

And for 34 years, they used this mahaandolan to get votes and bribes. And Ram Janam Bhoomi devalaya came ONLY because my 1998 ( yes 1998 ) proposal that --- " referendum on Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya proposal should be taken " --- was gaining grounds. 40 lakh rss workers in jun-2019 saw threat that if RJBD is not made, then RJBD KJBD KVD referendum proposal will come and end influence of rss workers and end their powers to collect bribes. So they made RJBD. After 38 years of mahaandolan !!! And KJBD KVD issues are now dead. So imo , modi were andolankhor and not andolankari.

So 95% andolankaries have habit of forgetting their promises and stands and focus on bribes. Some 5% may be genuine.

Solution I propose is OPTIONAL open vote based referendum law. That way, people can get their will executed without depending on activists.
