If policeman calls, then can one record the call? And post on FB?

Its LEGAL to record phonecalls after telling that phone is recorded and beeper sound comes every 5 sec. Its LEGAL to put call on FB after telling the person that call will be put on FB

But if you had not told the person , then recording becomes illegal.
