Imo , reason is simple. After 1952 and more after 1960, procedure of election and free speech created ways for honest workers to work constructively. No honest constructive person needs street agitation method. It was only taken by those who knew QA will expose them. So street agitaionists were crooks to begin with. No wonder they showed their colors later.
