surely ballotpaper demand of 70 crore voters out of total 95 crore bharatiya voters , is far far more imp than statehood of a district with population of 3 lakhs !! Just 3 lakhs !!!

So no. CJP leaders including Sonam wangchuk didnt oppose ballotpaper demand because they wanted to focus !! They opposed only because they are anti ballotpaper from inside and not only that, they support vvpat with blackglass , witn lightsensor and with backfeed
