In yeat 1986 , about 3.5 crore youth crosses 17 years of age of which 26000 got admitted into MBBS. 1 in 1500.

Come 2026 , about 2.3 crore crossed age of 17 years and 157000 will get admission in MBBS . 1 in 160 !!!

This is what happened - modi, soga all were facing heat due to reservation issue. So they just increased number of MBBS seats like there is no tomorrow.

So we have a huge mess at hand
