Whenever someone makes this statement, that "EVM solves booth capturing", I wonder. Does EVM have builtin AK-47 that will shoot down bogus voter? Or EVM has some logic and circuit that will give 440 V shock to bogus voter? Despite all my B Tech and MS in computer science, since 1989, I have NOT been able to grasp the LOGIC behind claims that "EVM will reduce booth capturing" !!! I always asked "how the hell can an EVM stop CRIMINAL or a bribe giver, from pressing button after button and casting twice the votes that number of voters in booth !! But then, my IQ is only 107, and IQ of those who say "EVM ended booth capturing" was over 1000.

Solution to booth capturing I propose is to put camera in booth and make vdo live on youtube. And JurySys and narcotest in public to punish booth capturers. EVM is a nonsense, and certainly a nonsense when it comes to reducing booth capturing.
