Was votechori used by Jawaharlal Saiyyed in defeating Mahatma Ambedkar in 1951 Mumbai loksabha elections?

Back in 1951, ballot paper didnt have candidate names. It just had stamp. There would be separate boxes for each candidates.

So anytime between election and counting , if bunch of papers are lifted from one box and put on second box, then votechori is done !!

So votechori was even doable at counting table !!
