Transaction tax problem - say A has rs 100k in his account. Say A adds B name in his account and then removes A name.

So effectively, rs 100k moved from A to B.

But there is no transaction as defined by bank. So will Transaction Tax apply?

Problem is - Transaction tax people dont give full draft , since 1991 !!!

Basically, TT people used TT only to crush information spread on wealth tax. And they never did any electoral activism against tax laws from 1991 till today
