Issue is when Recallists informs someone (any kind of victim only) about lockdown deaths, no-one listen and able to connect the dots with Gun Rights in their mind.

If you informs someone about Satluj incident, they won't listen. However this task is accomplished by someone else. So, now whenever you inform any kind of victim about the Gun Rights in regards with movie Satluj, they will listen.
