Bamcef refusing to file PIL on vvpat use in municipal elections?
Bacmcef claims credit for oct-2013 cvpat judgment. Real credit only goes to mahatma hariprasad and people who publicized his video. Neither subramanian Swamy nor BamCef or anyone.

But BamCef wants to claim credit for vvpat

If so, municipal elections still use non vvpat evm !! Why didnt BacmCef in past FIFTEEN yeats , filed PIL and got judgment to use only vvpat based evm or paper ballot in municipal elections ?
