why I want this reservations in VS LS and later supreme / high courts: so that focus can be brought back to ballot paper issue. .basically, modi raga arke and cong rss aap use obc women reservation issue to crush ballot aper issue and "equal distribution of mineral royalty" aka Thomasism aka KhaMBa issue. This is "let 1000 flower bloom" strategy. So I want to propose framework for obc women reservation in VS and then LS, so that this issue ends. So that ballot paper and KhaMBa gets more space.

Also, there is NO harm in reservation in LS VS supreme / high courts. Reservation will NOT detoriate quality of people in PS VS supreme/high courts. The % of corrupt individuals will remain same with or without reservation

solution : for GJ

(01) first understand Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation elelection since year 2010,. There are 46 wards, and there are 192 corporators and each ward has 4 corporators , and each voter has 4 votes. Each voter gives votes to 4 candidates. Now amongst 4 corporators - 1 is general, 1 is general women, 1 is SC ST or OBC and 1 is SC ST or OBC women. So there is 50% reservation for women, and 50% reservation for SC ST OBC. Also, all 10 Municipal corporations have same system - each ward has 4 corporators.

(02) same model can applied for Gujarat vidhansabha and all vidhansabha across Bharat.

(03) Decrease salary , pension , all perks by 50% . Gujarat has 182 constuituencies and 182 MLAs. Increase number of MLAs to double is 364.

(04) Merge constituencies as (1 , 2) , (3 , 4 ) so that there are 91 constituencies

(05) Let each constitituency have 4 MLAs , same way as Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. And one will be general, one general woman, one SC ST OBC and one ST ST OBC woman

(06) numbers will be
total = 364
women = 182 = 50%
SC = 26 = 7.14% same as today
ST = 54 = 14.85% same as today
OBC = 102 = 28%
And in each of SC ST OBC , 50% will be women

(07) Delimitation in Gujarat vidhsabha is due AFTER 2028. So there will be no delimitation issue for now. And delimitation within Gujarat is NOT opposed by southern states. The southern states Also did NOT oppose change in number of constitutiencies in Vidhansabha in any state. So delimitation is non issue here. Same for UP UK PB HP

(08) So using above algorith, its possible to give 28% reservation to OBC, and 50% to women in all 5 vidhsabha whose elections are due in feb-2027 and both vidhsanbha whose elections are due in dec-2027

(09) so OBC women resevation issue will end. And imo so there will be more room for ballot paper issue and "equal distribution of mineral royalty" aka Thomasism aka KhaMBa issue.

(10) later, also pass constitutional amendments to have reservation for women SC ST OBC in supreme and high courts across Bharat . This will keep corrpution nepotism nexuses etc same as it is now. No increase, will be there. @highlight @followers
