Why netaji did not speak on right to recall or jury in those days ? even after he visited many countries, was a topper in ICS and also met Ras Behari Bose in Singapore in 1943.

Sachindranath Sanyal, chandra shekhar azad, bhagat sing were armed revolutioners. They didnot participat in elections. So, it can be agreed that they might not be aware of political reforms like rtr or jury. But at same time, Vijay Singh Pathik who wrote a complete book () about political procedures of Right to Recall, Jury, etc. worked closely with Ras Behari Bose and Sachindra nath sanyal. So, it might be the reason that HSRA came to know about RTR from Vijay Singh Pathik and therefore added a line 'Praja Adheen Raja' aka Right to Recall in their HSRA manifesto.

But on other hand, netaji was not only arm revolutioner but also worked to raise on political alternate and participated in elections. Also, Ras Behari Bose met Netaji in 1943 in Singapore where the Rash Behari handed over the leadership of the Indian Independence League and Azad Hind Fauj to Subhash Chandra Bose. So, in this situation, how it can be possible that netaji was unaware of RTR, Jury and Ras Behari Bose also might not have told it to him ?
