Optional open voting on all positions.

(1) any person can register himself as candidate for any position at Tahsil district state national loksabha vidhansabha position

(2) any voter can give scores from 0 to 100 to any number of candidates , including existing position holders

(3) say there are 95 crore voters in Bharat. Then score of existing national position will be taken as 95 * 50 * 50 crore points or points he got from citizen voters, whichever is higher.

(4) if any candidate gets approval of 1 more points from at least 48 crore voters and his score is highest and higher than existing position holder, then he will become come on that position.
