New buzzword, or old buzzword comes back - decentralization.

In this case, start with JurySys. .
.
That judge system centralized power of 40000 citizens into one judge. How? Say a court needs say 20 hours of hearing to decide a case. So a court will dispose a case in say 3 days. Or court decides say 120 cases a year or 3600 cases in 30 year period. Now in judge system, these 3600 cases will be decided by 1 judge. But in JurySys case will be decided by 25000 different citizens !!! So jurysys is best way to implement decentralization.

Likewise say supreme court decides say 2000 cases a year all cases and all benches combined. Now in JurySys we have proposed, each case in supreme will go to 15 to 50 district courts across Bharat. Say average is 25. And each Jury will have 15 to 1500 members ( old Athens JurySys of 400 bc used to have 1500 jurors in very high profile case eg Socrates was given sentence of leave Athens or death, by a Jury of 500 ). Say average Jury size is say 50. So one supreme court bench of 2 to 13 judges, on an average 3 judges , is replaced by a decentralized 25 to 100 benches of 15 to 1500 citizens ie on an average 500 citizens to 2000 citizens.

So proposed JurySys in supreme court decentralizes 5 judges to 800 to 2000 citizens.

So if decentralization buzzword is insisted upon, then add decentralization in all proposals starting with jurysys, recall , multielections, referendum and open optional vote.
