Pls see sections 78.C.1 , 78.D.1 , 78.F.1 , 78.F.1.a , 78.H , 78.I.2 , 78.K of his RtrMP private member bill. These sections enable any rich and politically powerful person to get any MLA expelled !!! Because voting in both 1st and 2nd phase of recall is open and not changeable !!!
