Must see - 300 people queue for gas cylinder in Delhi !!!

Why no such queue in Gujarat, TN KL WB AS?

My neighbor got cylinder in 5 days. Normally, its 2 days. But 5 days is ok. No complain.
.
Also , people in states where there are elections, they are getting promptly except in hardcore Congress tmc areas ie anti-bjp areas.

Ahmedabad has municipal elections after some 50 days. So not much delay

But states which dont have elections are facing long delay problems.
