A major plus point of QA on FB over QA on voice chats

Each one can decide what he likes. But following is one imo HUGE plus point in FB - you can see full profile of question asker and decide whether that person is just a question asker passivist or actually an activist.
.
Eg i came across 10s of people who were excellent at raising questions and asking questions, but zero zero when it came to any action - no demo giving, didnt make demo box, didnt even post proper videos on their walls , didnt send even one tweet to PM and so on
.
So QA on FB saves time imo.
