5000 year old the most imp question - say a canal is built for rs A; then previously near zero value around canal is now worth rs 10A. So who should keep 9A?

This imo is the most imp question in economy from 5000 bc to 1700 ad. ( after 1700 ad, minerals like coal iron petrol uranium lithium etc became more valuable than agricultural land and so this Q became 2nd most imp question.)

Mahatma Thomas in 1797 said - rent the land and divide rent equality amongst all. Or action the land, and divide money obtained equally amongst all, and then tax the land at x% and divide the tax collected equally amongst all. ( see agrarian justice 1797).

And there must have been many in 5000 bc who would have asserted Thomasism. But all bikau intellectuals worked to disperse and erase this thought.

And no religious spiritual head answers this question. No philosopher answers it. No economist answers it. In fact, they dont even publish the question !! Worse, imo, they actively work to take focus away from the question !!

The most imp question after 1700 ad - say digging coal costs say rs 600 per tonne and market price is say rs 6000 per tonne. Then who should keep rs 5400 per tonne in what ratio.

Again, Thomas said - divide rs 5400 equally amongst all citizens. But no modern spiritual head or secular professor wants to even publish the question and avoids answer.

So imo, Thomasism had been the most imp and THE FIRST social thought. And 1000s of interesting and intellectually stimulating thoughts were framed only to erase main question.
