Russia is only asking for increase in transport cost, no increase in crude oil price.

Russia is still giving crude oil at usd 60. But across world, transport cost has increased. Because ship turn around time has increased. So there is shortage of ship and price increased. And ship also need fuel and that fuel is at international costs. And usa military is threatening confiscation of ships. So again, defecato risks have increased.

So if India send ships, price is still usd 60. But if Russia or some other country ship is used, then defacto total price will be higher.

Russia may have given discount in shipping price too. But modi raga arke and cong rss aap workers accepted usukwme conditions and had decided to end trade with Russia in jan-2026. And so Russia sees lesser reason now to give discount in shipping costs.
