Delhi has about 160 lakh voters. Kumbh mela is from 13-jan to 26-feb. And delhi election tentative voting date is 08-feb.

Lakhs (yes, lakhs) of delhi voters will be in kumbh as volunteers or pilgrims or both. In addition to kumbh, many have planned trip to Ram Janam Bhoomi along with kumbh. And these volunteers are also backbone of political activities across delhi in all parties and independents.
.
So I request ECI to hold voting date in first week of March. Let existing delhi govt continue till then. Allowing an elected govt to continue for 3 more weeks will not make any difference anyway.

I request all party leaders to request ECI to postpone voting date in Delhi to first week in March.
