How India China war can be cancelled??

Defensive Strengths and Offensive Strengths are different aspetcs. Afghanistan has very low offence strength. But Afghanistan has proved a high defence strength.
.
The highest per capita defence strength is USA, which also has highest offence strength. Next is Switerland, which has high per capita defence strength, and low offence strength. One may say that Switerland has much higher per capita defence strength than USA, and may be so.
.
But Afghanistan has higher defence strength than any other country, except these two !!!
.
Defence strength is what I call as -- say a 10 times powerful enemy invades and breaks the military and govt ; then can people defeat that enemy, without so called Govt and official Military?
.
Afghanistan lost its "official military" and much of its official govt, and over 50% of territory to Russia and then USA. But people kept fighting from remining 50% land to a point that Russian Military and then USA Military had to flee.
.
There are some countries with high defence strength like Sweden. And one may say that Afghanistan is not 3rd but 5th. But part of that high defence strength of those countries comes due to high economic strength. Afghanistan has high per capita defence strength despite being a poor economy.
.
So imo Afghanistan shows a way to India, to avert coming possible India China war !!! Afghanistan had shows a way to gain independence in year 1919, and back then, our ancestors chose to ignore it. Lets see what happens now.

So if India develops "per capita defence strength" which is even 50% as high Afghanistan, then USA, China and Pakistan will NOT dare to invade India. USA plans to destroy India via China, just as USA destroyed Ukraine via Russia and American puppet Putin.

So first task is --- increase per capita defence strength of India to atleast 50% iof Afghanistan, so thaty even if Chinese Military manages to destroy India's Govt and India's Military, the people can keep fighting, and keep bleeding invaders.
.
And second important task is --- we have to communicate to to apex 50000 Chinese and also 50 crore common chinese, that India's per capita defence strength is 50% or more as high as per capita defence strength of Afghanuistan.

How do we communicate to chinese commons?
.
This communication is possible via OCs ie Oversea Chinese. Indians cant communicate to Chinese directly because Chinese Communists Apex leaders have broke communication links to Chinese people. But Indians can communicate to OCs and OCs communicate to Chinese on regular basis.
.
Once apex 50000 Chinese and about 50 crore common Chinese are shown that if Defence Strength of India, even after Indian Military is broke, is 30 times of Afghanistan, then Chinese can be convinced that Chinese Military will bleed endlessly in India, and then will have to leave. And then Chinese will suffer bitterly, and China will get split into 5 pieces.

Once 50000 apex chinese and 50 crore common chinese are shown to this fact, these Chinese will force XiJ not to invade India.
.
So imo this is how war can be canceled or delayed. Or damage to India due to war can be reduced.

So two parts we need is --- Incease India's per capita defence strength atleast 50% as high as per capita defence strength of Afghanistan. And then communicate the information about new defence strength to Oversea Chinese.

if India China war starts, Russian help to India will end. So unless India has high SELF MADE defence strength, India, like Ukraine, will be dependent on USA. And USA will bleed us to death, just as USA is bleeding Ukraine to death. So imo, only solution is to develop SELF MADE defence strength like Afghanistan.
