All male recallists based in India who have still not finished MLA election form filling learning exercise --- pls DO NOT do any online RTR work.

Because I don't want people who don't want to do necessary but boring work in movement

Now say if a person has done MLA form filling LEARNING exercise. And a 5 new persons are added to movement via him. Then all 5 new guys will do form filling learning exercise

But say a person has not done electron form filling learning expercise. And say he adds 500 guys to movement. Then none of these 500 guys will do election form filling learning exercise
.
So all male recallists who are based in India and do not want to do election form filling learning exercise are strongky requested not to do any online RTR work
