I am REPHRASING postcard-register-selfnetworking method for mass movement as "Leaderless Road Rallies" method. Actions remain same. Only words change !!!

(step-zero) deciding CHANGES you want in govt

activist / voter should decide which changes in laws or govt he wants to go on road rallies for . Say lawdrafts he wants are 'VoteVapsiCM + LockDownHatao + EndLockDownTotally + Restore2019Status + RestoreOldNormal ' . The exact spelling used to refer to changes is important. A different spelling may mean a different mass movement. Along with spelling, decide a 5 to 6 letter shortcode. I have decided to use #VvpCm for this change.

After deciding the cause and changes, following are the action steps one needs to take

Following are ACTION steps to create a LEADERLESS mass movement for #VvpCm i.e. ( VoteVapsiCm lawdraft + LockDownHatao + Restore2019Status + RestoreOldNormal )

(step-01) form WA FB TG groups and join others' WA FB TG groups

each voter / activist must become member of at least 5 and atmost 20 whatsapp groups or telegram groups or FB groups. The WA name MUST be "RR VvpCM dd-mmm-yyyy" such as "RR VvpCm 21-jun-2021". The date is when the WhatsApp / TeleGram group was formed.

(step-02) confine this WA / TG / FB group to road rallies PLACE

the group will have messages ONLY for one purpose --- where to have road rally for VvpCm at first sunday on the month. The date is FIXED - first sunday of month. I will later explain why date MUST be fixed. The WA / TG / FB group will NOT discuss anything else except place of rally for #VvpCm. if anyone posts message on any other topics, pls just ask him not to.

(step-03) place for road show

the venue of road show can be central point in ward / tahsil , central point of city / district , state assembly of state capital or jantar mantar delhi . each activist will decide which road show point he wants to go or not go.

(step-04) add members and make more groups by splitting !!!

members should add members in group, but when size grows to 40, they MUST divide the group into two !!! And one person should NOT become member of more than 10 groups for a cause.

When group size is below 40, the members must add more citizens to the group, but AFTER explaining the full DRAFT of the changes in Govt they want. And addition must be after explicit approval of ALL members, And 5 people

(step-05) ALL participant will DIRECTLY inform collector or police about his participation ; leader will NOT apply for police permission

when a voter / activist is going for a rally for a cause , such as say VvpCm , he must DIRECTLY send a LETTER and a TWEET both to local collector etc that he will be demonstrating on his own, and he is NOT affiliated with any group. No one leader will take permission for all. The tweet must mention the cause hashtag #VvpCm

IOW, this is 100% leaderless mass movement to EndLockDownTotally, RestoreOldNormal , VoteVapsiCm, VvpCm etc

Compare this with so called Awaken India. In Awaken India, some apex HIDDEN leader , most likely some Bill Gates funded foreigner, dictates people in India when rally will be held !!! Like King of England dictating people of India when they should act !!! And Awaken leaders can sabotage or kill or change course of the movement anyway. The way leaders of movement for Janlokpal Nonsense Proposal did.
