Leaderless Road Rallies Method for activism

Dear Recallists,
.
I am REPHRASING postcard-register-seltnetworking method for mass movement as "Leaderless Road Rallies Method". actions remain same. Only words change !!!
.
(01) each activist has to add activists in his group and become member of FIVE groups of at least 20 and not more than 40, who agree for a cause and HASHTAG. eg #DhanVapsiPassbook or #LockDownHatao , #Restore2019Status etc
.
(02) if group has 40 members, then group will divide into two groups of 20 each. And every week, they must add one member
.
(03) Two groups cannot have two members in common. Two groups may have at most one member in common
.
(04) These group will decide where to hold road rallies or hold no rallies
.
(05) Date is fixed --- first sunday of month. Or no rally / dharana / andhan
.
(06) If group decides to have Tahsil / Ward level rally, then meeting point will be near center of the Tahsil head quarter
.
(07) if the group decided to have city / district level rally or dharna , then meeting point will be center of city i.e. some place which accepted as center (eg income tax office, where statue of mahaduratma gandhi is located, is accepted as center of ahmedabad)

(08) if the group decides to have rally at state capital, then it will be near CM office of State
.
(09) if the group decides to have rally at national capital, then it will be at Jantar Mantar and no where else
.
(10) So where does postcard / register come in picture ? I will explain tomorow
