🇺🇸1930s के दौरान, अमरीका में एक भारी वित्तीय संकट / मंदी (ग्रेट डिप्रेशन) का सामना कर रहा था, आम आदमी के पास खाने के लिए भोजन नहीं था और न ही पहनने के लिए कपड़े थे और न ही रहने के लिए घर। वहां के राजवर्ग ने कई कल्याणकारी योजनाएं शुरू कीं, एक कराधान प्रणाली बनाई गई जो केवल वहां के धनिकों से ज्यादा कर वसूले जो कि धन गरीबों के लाभ के लिए काम आए।🇮🇳1940s में इसी अवधि के विपरीत, भारत (बंगाल प्रांत) भीषण अकाल का सामना कर रहा था और किसी भी प्रकार की कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को न तो ब्रिटिश और न ही भारतीय राज वर्ग ने लागू किया , ~50 लाख भारतीयों की मृत्यु हुए थी । ऐसा क्यों ? 70% अमेरिकी आम जनता के पास बंदूकें थीं(भारतीय नागरिको के विपरीत)।

इतिहास में हमेशा आम नागरिकों का हथींयारिकरण ही कल्याणकारी राज्य एवं सच्चे लोकतंत्र का मूल कारण साबित हुआ है।

>>>🇺🇸During 1930s , USA was facing a Great depression/Huge financial crises/recession , common man didn't have food to eat nor cloths to wear or home to live. The elites there started numerous welfare schemes , created a taxation system were only the rich need to pay higher taxes for the benefit of the poor there. In the contrary around same period in 1940s ,🇮🇳India(Bengal province) was facing a severe famine and no welfare schemes of any sort were implemented by neither British nor Indian elites,hence ~50 lakh Indians died. WHY SO ? The main reason was over 70% of US commons had guns contrary to the Indian common citizen. WEAPONISATION of commons has always proved to be the mother of welfare state/ True Democracy in the history of mankind.
