23 फ़रवरी 2019 को, mein ne एक पद्दति के बारे के लिखा था जिससे महज 5 से 10 शीर्ष अंदरूनी प्रोग्रामर्स के द्वारा पूरे भारत के अंदर सभी 10 लाख बूथ्स में वीवीपैट के पेपर वोटों को बदला जा सकता है। (पहले कमेंट में लिंक देखे) ।और वोटर्स कभी भी किसी छेड़छाड़ को नोटिस भी नही करेगा। और 7 अप्रैल 2019 को समाचार पत्र में विज्ञापन भी दिया और 9 अप्रैल 2019 को एक वीडियो यूटूब पर बनाया कि कैसे पेपर वोटों की हेरा फेरी हो सकती है ।( लिंक्स कमेंट में देखें)

on 23-feb-2019, I had published an ALGORITHM by which paper VVPAT votes can be "changed" (see link-1 in comment) by just 5-10 programmers in all 10 lakh booths across India. And voters will NEVER notice any foul play. And later I published a simpler version. And on 07-april-2019, I gave newspaper advt and then made a youtube vdo on 09-april-2019 explaining how PAPER vote change is done. (see links in comment)
