उन लोगों के लिए जो पूछ रहे है कि एक नागरिक वाहन CRPF के काफिले के साथ कैसे जा टकराया। 2014 में दो युवकों ने एक चेक पोस्ट तोडा और सेना द्वारा उन्हें शूट कर दिया गया। सेना को माफी मांगनी पड़ी और पीएम ने कश्मीर में एक चुनावी रैली में इसके लिए क्रेडिट लिया । इस घटना के बाद चेक पोस्ट पर सिविल वाहनों की जांच करना और उन्हें रोकना बंद कर दिया गया और हमने कीमत अदा की। फौजियों पर ऍफ़ आई आर दर्ज करने और पत्थरबाजो को रिहा करने के बाद सेना को कार्यवाही करने के लिए छूट देने में काफी देर हो चुकी है।
