(note - news doesnt give role of rss workers. the news ONLY cites decision of KPTS Modji, But we all know that Modiji takes ALL imp decisions ONLY after at least over 32 lakh out of 40 lakh rss workers approve. Even Sri Amitbhai Shah once said that "BJP (= RSS) has inner poarty democracy" !! So decision of Modiji was based on decision of rss-workers is PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE, and not menioned in news below)

Now Indian companies dont have money to bid . Except reliance and few others, all are in deep debt. So most of the highways will go to companies owned by USUK-elitemen. This is again an outcome welcomed by rss-workers across India. rss-workers consider missionaries and usuk-elitemen as great friends of India !!!

And THIS decision of Modiji is supported by SoGa / ArKe. In fact, SoGa / MMS wanted to do this long back, but could NOT do it, because rss-workers had threatened bharat bandh if highways were leased to usuk-elitemen !! rss-workers stand was --- only rss-leaders should leade highways , not congress / aap leaders !!

And this decision of rss-workers to lease highways to usuk-elitemen is also welcomed by congress / aap workers

My take --- this decision is nonsense just like nonsense of giving away train stations and airports. The management of highways, train stations, airports etc can be improved by Right to Recall over concerned Minister and Jury System over the staff. This privatization and giving it away to USUK-elitemen is nothing but selling the country

if you want this selling away nonsense to end, then pls dont waste time, vote, efforts etc after SoMoke and congress / rss / aap workers. Pls work to publicize RTR / Jury laws.

Central Government to Lease National Highways

The Central Government has planned to lease its nearly 100 operational National Highways to monetize the state-owned National Highways, work will start next month. This could earn around Rs. 75,000 crores. The government is starting lease of its projects under the investment plan of operational funding, to raise fund for the new infrastructure projects through monetization.Central Government to Lease National Highways

These highways will be auctioned by the Road Transport and Highways Ministry of Toll Operate and Transfer (TOT) model. .

In the first phase of the pilot project, the government will call the bid for 11 highways. By leasing them, the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways is expected to get an amount of Rs. 6500 crores.Central Government to Lease National HighwaysOut of these 11 highways, 4 are in Gujarat and 7 are in Andhra Pradesh and their total length is a little less than 700 km. In T.O.T model by making a one-time payment by pension funds will give the opportunity to bring government national highways at lease for 30 years. These companies are showing interest in investment: According to sources, Temasek Holdings in Borders and GIC of Singapore and many other International Funds, such as JP Morgan Asset Management and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) can invest. The bid will start in mid-September and this process will be completed in 2 months.
