Neither this tweet, nor any other tweet mentions the fact that all 5 SCjs in their 395 judgment have given full support to "talaq talaq talaq" said with 30 day gap between two utterances !!

My stand ---- I have proposed 2 child law and laws to expel / stop Bangldeshi infiltrators, which are REAL problems against India. 30 day TTT and instant TTT are both non-issues and NONSENSE issues. Muslim women have 10 LEGAL ways to insulate and protect themselves from both TTTs. And less than 1% TTT cases are instant TTT. So addup the time and money wasted by SCjs on instant TTT --- it was bigger nonsense.
