What most Maulvies have supported is -

step-1: say Talaq on day D
.
step-2 Then say Talaq agan between (D + 30 days) and (D + 33) days,. Talaqs said before (D + 30 days) are ignonred. And if Talaq word is NOT said between (D + 30 days) and (D + 60 days), then word Talaq said on day D is void. In such case, drop the idea of Talaq, or goto step-1 !!!

(3) Then say Talaq agan between (D + 30 days) and (D + 33 days) AFTER second Talaq is said. Again, if second Talaq is porpoerly said and if third talaq is NOT properly said, then either drop the idea of Talaq of goto step-1 !!

(I dont know if "30 days" means 30 working working day or all days !!)

Some Maulivies say "time is money" and so skip day count, and just say TTT. But most maulvies have always opposed instant TTT

My take
.
(a) I have proposed that is the girl at the time of birth was non-Muslim then girl can demand that her marriage code be applied on the marriage . So if Hindu girl marries Muslim boy, then she can demand that TTT wont apply . And if a muslim girl marries Hindu boy, then she can demand that TTT should apply on their marriage. The boy wll have np hoice

(b) In muslim, the girl has option to marry as per special marriage act in which case TT wont apply. And girl can also write in Nikahnama that TTT wont apply. The girl can also ask for high Mehr amount in nikahnama. And muslim girl always has option to marry non-muslim boy. So muslim girl has ENOUGH means to void TTY before marriage

(c) So I have never opposed TTT

(d) The main issue in India is population problem and NOT TTT. I have proposed 2 child law, that ALL congress / rss / aap workers have always opposed. And they have refused to propose their version of 2 child law. And to cover that the fact that they oppose 2 child law, they are claiming this FALSE victory on TTT.
