Many women in west, due to alcoholism, drugs, long career, stress, obesity, surgical and mecial treatment of obesity etc are unable to bear child. And due to career, aversion to freedom/ hassles / pain, they dont want to bear two or even one kid. So west is facing population shrikage,. To solve THEIR problems, leaders in India are promoting surrogacy in India !!

Surrogacy laws printed by Indian MPs in year 2005 make surrogacy contract binding. Once these laws are repealed, with no replacemenrt, surrogacy contracts will become void. And so surrogacy business will end.
