Following law-drafts will improve sanitation in India

Pls work to publicize these law-drafts and pls dont waste time and money on movie of candian citizen akshay kumar
.
(1) Right to recall Mayor - this will force mayor to provide gutter lines , water meters and water supply to all homes
.
(2) Universal water metering -- his will reduce water wastage, water theft, corruption in water supply dept and this enable Municipalties to provide water to all homes
.
(3) wealth tax - this will reduce land prices and enable many to move from slums to 1 room kictehn type flats
.
Instead of all these laws, we have leaders like SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and we have congress / rss / aap workers who ALL want to say "Indians has sick mentality and like to go out in open and so good Indians should teach all such Indians to improve their habits !!" In many area, "enlightened" Indians and govt officers ask school kids to make fun of people who go out !!! And we have people like canadian citizen missionary agent akshay kumar who like to tell whole world that "many Indians dont know importance of sanitation etc" !!.
