Hackers in DefCon competition held in USA could hack EVMs of all countries EXCEPT India --- how / why?

Because Election Commission did NOT send Indian EVMs to the competition !!

Hence, as per EVM-andhbhagats of India, defcon hackers have FAILED to hack EVMs of India and hence Indian EVM is unhackable !!!

Indian EVMs can be hacked at LARGE scale by changing the cable that comes out of ballot unit and goes into control unit. The new cable can have a small circuit that favors a candidate number and a remote control receiver that can receiver candidate# from distance of 1 km !! The best place to change cable is truck which carry EVMs from Bangalore to collector's offices across India.

The ECI "won" the defcon competition by not sending their EVMs !! How ingenious of them !!
