in USA, hackers were given EVMs that they can open and study. Then hackers were given NEW different EVMs, and hackers SUCCESSFULLY showed how these US EVMs can be tempered !!!

In India, Election Commission did NOT give EVMs to hackers to study the circuits and know the "touch points" or "weak points". And ECI threatened prison sentence to hackers if they were to get EVM on his own !! And then hackers were asked to touch EVMs only in manner specified in rulebook. And then Election Commission declared victory that "EVMs are temper proof" !!

All in all, Eelection Commissoner people are bunch of jokers and their joke is sick
