What are pluses and minuses if a private bank implements STAS or STAS2?
.
We all know that SoGa / NaMo / ArKe have opposed STAS (or STAS2). And congress / rss / aap workers have also opposed STAS / STAS2.
.
And so PSU banks wont create GST accounts or STAS account
.
But some private bank or say foreign bank may implement STAS.
.
So what are plus and minus points in that?
