A statement that "RSS-workers dont control Modiji or Goa CM Parikker" is same as saying "40 lakh RSS-workers are so so so so weak , that poor weaklings cant even control two of their own leaders" !!

Such statements are lies. Not just lies, they are (wrong) insult to RSS-workers.

There are over 40 lakh RSS-workers across India organized in some 40000 shakhas (nothing wrong in that). And over 36 lakh RSS-workers are united (some 4 lakh may be congress / aap members who have penetrated into RSS, which can happen - every Lanka has Vibhishan, cant blame Lanka for that).

Given the strength and unity of these 36 lakh REAL RSS-workers across India, it is NOT possible for Modiji or Goa CM to disobey wish and will of RSS-workers.

All policies of Modiji and RSS-leader Manohar Parikkerji , such as phasing out Indian bulls and using German bulls in National Dairy Development Board, opposing wealth tax and instead using GST, ensuing that beef = cow meat should be abundent in Goa, ensuring that bullock slaughter stays LEGAL in Goa, opposing Right to recall, opposing Jury System, FDI etc etc --- are all decisions of RSS-workers ONLY/.

No TRUE RSS-worker has ever said that "Modiji hamaru sunate nahi hei" (Modiji doesnt listen to us). The RSS-workers who say so in reality are congress / aap workers who have become RSS-workers so that RSS would look bad. The statement that "Modiji hamari RSS karyokartaon sunate nahi hei" means "we RSS workers are so weak and disunited that Modiji does NOT need to listen to us". Such statement is made ONLY to damage the reputation of RSS-workers. And only congress / aap worker would make such (wrong) statement. A true RSS-worker would never insult RSS like this

So reality is --- 36 lakh real RSS-workers are strong and united, and so Modiji and Goa RSS-leader Manohar Pakikkerji has NO OPTION but to listen to them and obey their wishes and wills.. The statements like "Modiji doesnt listen to us RSS-workers" is coming from FAKE RSS-workers who in reality are congress / app members.
