Congress / RSS / AAP workers ask why college education has worsened. I wonder why?

More than half the BCA and BE in Computer Science and IT will NOT find a job. PERIOD !!!
.
And more than half the 12th class science passout have such weak maths / science that if they do Bsc/BE, then they can complete ONLY if questions in exam are repeat in which case they cant become employable Bsc / BE etc
.
Congress / RSS / AAP workers ask why college education has worsened. They pretend to be very sincere when asking this question.

I wonder why?
.
A very success tuition class owner I know once decided to start private science college, which he had later plans to expand into Comp Science etc
.
Then he heard that Chief Minister (via Education Minister) needs Rs 1 crore to just read the application !!! And then additional costs apply at each stage !! And fee is decided by retired judges and you must apply thru lawyers and give tons of affidavit .....
.
And he dropped the idea before going thru ALL legal formalities and non-legal formalities (i.e. bribes) one need to pay. Along with bribes, some Ministers / IAS want other favors too.
.
My point is -- rampant corruption in offices of ALL CMs across India (Gujarat / karnataka / Delhi no exceptions) and rampant corruption in offices of ALL state education ministers in India , and rampant corruption in PMO (across all years from 1947 till now) etc, many honest and CAPABLE teachers who ran EXCELLENT tution business refused to start private Bsc / BE colleges

So the business was taken over by criminals and white collar criminals
.
And Congress / RSS / AAP workers support such corrupt PMs / CMs / Ministers etc . Because Congress / RSS / AAP workers always got ab share of bribes that their leaders got !!! Behind all there slogan shouting is salivating mouth , which drools when money comes from their leaders. And ALL Congress / RSS / AAP workers have all opposed Right to recall Education Minister and RTR DEO.
..
And then now Congress / RSS / AAP workers ask --- why is college education in India so poor?

My point is - college education in India is shambled and turning out unskilled and unemployable graduates. The solution I propose is - reduce corruption in Education Ministies. How?

(1) Right to Recall Central Education Minister
(2) Right to Recall State Education Minister
(3) Right to Recall District Education Office
(4) Jury System over Central Govt Education Staff
(5) Jury System over State Govt Education Staff
(6) Jury System over District Education Staff
.
There are starts. Next step will be - give education subsidies DIRECTLY to student and he will decide which college/ school he will pick.

Fee cieling is NONSENSE. I repeat - fee ceiling proposed by Kalkipush Tritaya Sri Sri Modiji in Gujarat is nonsense and meant ONLY to usurp land of school owners. And RTE is bigger nonsense.

Pls note that Congress / RSS / AAP workers oppose RTR / JurySys . So I request activists NOT to waste time on Congress / RSS / AAP workers. Pls publicze RTR / Jury laws
