(1) Every clause of GST show TRUE COLORS and true mentality of EVERY single Congress / RSS / AAP worker , not just apex leaders.

GST will ruin small / medium traders and manufacturers. And their business will pass to the large ones, particularly foreign firms. So on paper, a portion of total formal i.e billed economy will grow, but TOTAL economy (billed plus not billed) will shrink (yes, shrink). And gradually, the business of foreign firms will grow and that of Indian firms will shrink. Some select services like say IT, engineering design (not manufacturing), etc of companies with Indian owners will grow. But otherwise rank and file of businesses owned by Indians in India will shrink.

And business of many minorities will grow !!! How? Why? Because to do 100% cash business, you need locality where policemen and tax officers would not dare to come. And minorities have more such localities than majorities.

Now excise exemption limit previously was Rs 1.5 crore and now GST exemption limit is Rs 20 lakhs !! So large number of manufacturers between Rs 20 lakhs and Rs 1.5 crore will either have to do cash business or get slaughtered due to GST's tax rate and GST's compliance problems. To do cash based manufacturing at large scale, you need a locality where policemen and tax officers will not dare to enter. And minorities have more such localities than majorities !!

So many majority manufactures between Rs 20 lakhs and Rs 1.5 crore limit are now loose a bnig portion of their business. Some of their business will go to large companies. And some of the business will go to minorities who are doing cash business.

Now every clause of GST law-draft shows TRUE COLORS of SoGa / NaMo / ArKe and Congress / RSS / AAP workers and Congress / RSS / AAP leaders !!

Pls live under no illusion. It is very wrong to blame ONLY the apex leaders and spare the workers. Every Congress / RSS / AAP worker I know has, behind the back, supported EVERY clause of this GST act.

SOLUTION?
.
Solution I have proposed is to remove GST , VAT , Excise, CST, Service Tax, entry tax etc and instead use [1% of value of (Wealth minus 1500 sqft land per family minus 3000 sqft construction per family) minus income tax paid minus 5% to 15% of salaries paid to employees ]. Again, SoMoKe have opposed this law-draft and EVERY Congress / RSS / AAP worker has opposed this law-draft too !! And you can ask Congress / RSS / AAP workers if they asked @PmoIndia to remove GST and implement wealth tax. The answer will show their true colors.

(2) How GST will further enable USUK-elitemen to "dominate" India !!

USA doesnt have GST (USA only has state level sales tax on selected commodities which are final sale items at retail outlets). Instead it used Income Tax with less exemptions and Wealth Tax to fund its police, courts, military etc

So small traders and manufacturers in USA are MORE productive that small traders and manufacturers in India, And so USA economy is and will remain far more efficient (or LESS INEFFICIENT) than India.

And so domination of USUK-elitemen over India will further increase due to GST.

Lets say you have 100 acre plot in Mumbai. 1 acre is 4000 sqmt. So 100 acres is about 400,000 sqmt. With FSI of 2.0, you can build construction of 800,000 sqmt, One 2 BHK is 125 sqmt. So you can make some 6400 flats, So you can also provide bus connectivety , road etc to that complex , if that plot is bit far off. You can also build local commercial complexes there and you have market of 6400 families. And so on.

So what will be THROW AWAY price such 40 acre plot in Mumbai? Lets take throw away price of Rs 200,000 per meter.

Now Godrej owns 4000 acres of plots in mumbai ALONE !!! This 4000 acre is 1,60,00,000 sqmt . Yes. One crore sixty lakh sq meters !! So with FSI of 2, one can build construction of Rs 3,20,00,000 sqmt i.e. over 3 crore sqmt. And at throw away price of land of Rs 200,000 , the land is worth Rs 3,20,000 lakh crores. (pls read this number Rs 320,000 crore).

So what has GST go to do with this?

Now this the land Godrej owns in Mumbai alone !! To that, add land Godrej owns in Thane, Gujarat and across India. And Tata owns 10 times more plots than Godrej. And missionaries own 10 times more land than Godrej,. Sbhai of Ahmedabad is also a big land owner, not comparable to Godrej etc though. And many congress / rss / aap ;leaders also own huge amount of plots.

So what has this got to do with GST?

GST is brought ONLY so that these people dont need to pay wealth tax on their land !!!
.
I repeat --- one and ONLY one reason to bring cumbersome taxes like Excise, Sales Tax, VAT, CST, entry tax, GST, service tax and so on was --- the govt needs money to run police, courts and Military etc AND the corrupt leaders like SoMoKe and corrupt congress/ rss / aap do NOT want to impose wealth tax on this super huge land owners.

And so they decided to impose taxes like excise, sales tax, vat, cst, etc
.
SoMoKe and congress / rss / aap workers will never inform you about super huge land holdings of missionaries, tata godrej etc. They will NEVER inform you about how wealth tax on land above 1500 sqft land per family can be implemented. And they will ONLY compare GST with CST, Excise etc, . And then congress / rss / aap workers will claim that "see gst is better than excise , and so support GST" . Well, why the hell you dont dare to compare GST with wealth tax?

SOLUTION?
.
Solution I propose to activists is -- please dont waste time and hopes with SoMoKe and congress / rss / aap workers,. The fact that they have opposed wealth tax on land above 1500 sqft per family and supported regressive taxes like GST shows that true colors. Pls worl to publicize law-drafts like RTR, Jury System, wealth tax, TCP = referendum, MRCM. etc. Only law-drafts will save India. Otherwise SoMoKe and congress / rss / aap workers are all set to make India a fiefdom of USUK elitemen.
