(1) Let voter in booth decide whether he wants ballot paper or EVM
.
(2) Pls take finger print of voters who come to vote so that LATER duplicates can be tracked, and system can have OFFLINE link with aadhar based finger print. eg the booth can have offline battery operated machine which has finger prints of all voters obtained from voters' aadhar db
.
