Steps of (a) Tweeting to @PmoIndia (b) tweeting to @PmoIndia to show tweetcounts AND (c) knowing which people you know have tweeted ---- are enough. Knowing tweetcounts is NOT needed at all for activists and voters. ONLY Udham Singh and PM need to know the tweetcounts.

And Udham Singh needs to know the tweetcount ONLY when tweetcounts is more than 45 crores. If tweetcount is way way below 45 crore, say even below 1 crore, then Udham Singh does NOT need to know tweetcounts.

The activists should tweet to @PmoIndia the necessary link pointing to mygov-dot-in, sha1hash and hashcode. He may tweet a backup link. And activist should ask all voters and activists to copy-paste (NOT retweet) those links etc.

Next, a voter / activists should tweet @PmoIndia to make a GoI-owned twitter like website where each voter has ONLY one account. And a voter / activist should also tweet @PmoIndia to show tweetcounts on existing twitter as well as new GoI owned website. But there is NO reason why voter or activists must implement his own tweet counting website. He may, he need NOT,. It adds little value to the movement.

And activists should start DE-LINKING themselves with activists who are refusing to send necessary tweets to @PmoIndia. , and exposing these activists,. (eg we should expose all Congress / RSS / AAP activists who have refused to tweet to @PmoIndia to print two child law). . But there is NO need to give tweetcounts i.e. no need to show how many voters across India have tweeted this

eg consider tweet "@PmoIndia #CancelEVM ". . I have sent this tweet. Now those who want to tweet can tweet. And thos who dont want to tweet need not. Has number of voters who tweeted this reached 45 crore ? NO. It is NOT even 1 crore. Not even 5 lakh. So there is NO need for Udham Singh to know the count.

Now what is someone says "I will tweet after 1 crore have tweeted or I will tweet ONLY after 1 lakh have tweeted". Well, hell with such voter / activists. We have to explain the law-drafts, and we need to provide the necessary PDFs, ncessary mygov links, and sha1hash and we need to request them to send tweets to @PmoIndia . If they want to know count, then THEY should tweet over @PmoIndia to disclose counts. And if they want to tweet ONLY if we tell them count first, then well --- hell with them

So collecting tweetcount is NOT needed for us. We do need to see whether people we communicate with are sending the tweets or not, and stop wasting time if they dont want to send necessary tweets to @PmoIndia. But it is NOT needed for us to give tweetcounts for all proposed laws

(1) Are YOU against EVM (or Bt crops depending on tweet in question) ? If not, why do you bother asking how many have tweeted against EVM?

(2) if you are anti-BtBriinjal and if you have not tweeted @PmoIndia to ban BtBrinjal, then you are like a lawyer who argues at paan galla and remains silent in court. May be judge is corrupt and is sure to ignore all your arguments. Lets say ---
judge has already told you that he has taken bribes and will give verdict against your client. Then will you remain silent in court or speak up? If a lawyer is silent in court, then it only proves he is fake. So pls dont bother me to tell you how many have sent "@PmoIndia #CancelEVM" tweets

(3) If you have tweeted "@PmoIndia #BanBtBrinjal" tweet, then pls show me the tweet

(4) if you want to know the count, then did YOU tweeted @PmoIndia to publish tweetcounts? Did YOU tweeted @PmoIndia to make a NEW Govt owned website where each citizen and one and ONLY one ID? If no, then why are you asking me to give count? Please ask @PmoIndia to display the tweetcounts on PM's website
